Located in the charming old town of Plouharnel, just a short distance from the exquisite chapel "Notre-Dame des Fleurs" and the picturesque coastal path, Laurent Vidal - a renowned sea photographer - warmly invites you to experience a delightful stay amidst the beauty of the ocean and the Bay of Quiberon.

Nestled on Rue de la Baie, a tranquil dead-end street that leads directly to the enchanting sea, the famous coastal path (GR34), and the captivating oyster farming sites of Kercroc, you will find Laurent Vidal's welcoming guesthouse.

On the ground floor, you will discover a reception area as well as a breakfast area that opens up to a spacious south-facing terrace, perfect for enjoying the morning sun.

Upstairs, there are two charming bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom:

- The "West" room, a serene and spacious attic room, faces west and offers a small glimpse of the ocean and the Bay of Quiberon. It features a luxurious "King size" bed (180x200) and its own private bathroom. Additionally, an extra bed (90x200) can be provided upon request. The rates for the West room, including breakfast, are 90 to 100 Euros per night. An additional bed can be accommodated for an extra charge of 30 Euros, breakfast included.

- The "East" room, also located in the attic, consists of two interconnected bedrooms with a shared private bathroom. It boasts a comfortable "King size" bed (180x200) and an additional single bed (90x200). The rates for the East room, including breakfast, range from 80 to 90 Euros per night. An additional bed can be accommodated for an extra charge of 30 Euros, breakfast included.

Please note that during the months of July and August, a minimum stay of 4 nights is required for reservations. For the rest of the year, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required.

Check-in is available from 5 p.m., and check-out is required by 11 a.m.

During your stay, you will enjoy the convenience of a closed private parking area, a lovely garden, and two bicycles at your disposal. Additionally, both rooms are equipped with internet connection, WiFi, and refrigerators.

All necessary amenities, including a supermarket, can be found within walking distance.

Welcome to Villa Laurent Vidal, located in the charming old town of Plouharnel. Situated near the beautiful "Notre-Dame des Fleurs" chapel and just a short distance from the coastal path (GR34), our villa offers a perfect retreat between the ocean and the Bay of Quiberon.

Rue de la Baie, where our villa is situated, is a quiet dead-end street that leads directly to the sea on the Bay side and the Kercroc oyster farming yards. Conveniently, all the necessary amenities such as supermarkets, pharmacies, press shops, restaurants, and bistros are within walking distance.

Our villa has been awarded a 4-star rating by the Furnished Tourism Classification. It is a separate second house located on the same property as our guest rooms.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room (50 m2), a laundry room, a toilet, and a bathroom with an Italian shower.

Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms with king-size beds (180 cm). Two of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom with a toilet and walk-in shower, while the third bedroom has access to a shared bathroom (180 cm bed and 2x90 cm beds).

For your relaxation and enjoyment, the swimming pool is exclusively reserved for your use. It is heated to a comfortable 28°C from March to October and has a uniform depth of 2.10 m across its entire surface (7 x 3.50 m). The pool is covered by a retractable sliding shelter, allowing you to swim with the shelter closed during mid-season. The shelter is secured by a key and complies with the NF P 90-309 standard.

The terrace is furnished with comfortable sofas, deck chairs, a hammock, tables, and a barbecue, providing the perfect outdoor space for you to unwind and enjoy your meals.

Our enclosed garden ensures your privacy throughout your stay, and the parking lot can accommodate up to three vehicles. Electric recharge for vehicles is also possible from a standard outlet.

Please note that our accommodation is not currently equipped for individuals with reduced mobility.

The price of your stay includes everything you need for a comfortable experience, including bed and bathroom linen, pool towels, and taxes. Additionally, all beds will be made prior to your arrival.

Depending on availability, guests staying in our villa can borrow paddles, surfboards, kayaks, or bikes for their enjoyment.

You have the flexibility to choose your arrival date, with a minimum stay requirement of five nights.

Our rates range from 230 to 488 euros per night, depending on the season. For stays longer than one week, we offer a 10% discount. Please contact us for a personalized quote.
