La Ferme de Chaouen is a true gem, preserving the Renaissance charm of the region with its historic castles, traditional washhouses, and the delightful aromas of ancient Burgundy. Fully restored and tastefully furnished, this 350 m2 cottage is designed for your ultimate enjoyment. Whether you're on vacation, seeking recreational activities, celebrating special occasions, or planning a family reunion, this warm and cozy farmhouse is the perfect choice for all seasons.

The ground floor of the cottage, which can be rented separately, offers ample space with its 230 m2. It features a spacious living room, a games room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom with a tub and shower, a sauna for two people, and a separate toilet. This section comfortably accommodates 5-8 people.

For larger families or groups of friends, an additional level can be accessed via a staircase. This level offers 1, 2, 6, or more rooms, depending on your needs, and can accommodate up to 12 people. There is also a bathroom and toilet on this level.

Outside, you'll find a secluded patio with a sheltered terrace equipped with patio heaters, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The lawn provides a great spot for sunbathing, and there's even an above-ground pool with wooden siding, easily accessible by a removable ladder and safe for children. The property also includes two barns, one for parking cars and motorcycles, and the other for hosting parties and events with friends.
