With its exposed beams and large windows, this 16th-century house offers a unique and character-filled atmosphere. Renovated in April 2012, the apartment also includes parking for your convenience.

The location of this cottage is unbeatable, situated just 100 meters from the Koifhus Christmas market and a mere 10 meters from the famous Little Venice and Market Hall. Additionally, it's only a 20-minute walk from the train station, 45 minutes from the nearest ski resorts, and 20 minutes from the renowned Golf Ammerschwihr.

The accommodation itself is bright and peaceful, comprising a bedroom, a bathroom, a hallway with storage space, and a kitchen that combines modern amenities with traditional Alsatian charm. Enjoy a beautiful view of the Covered Market and Little Venice from your windows. Gas heating ensures your comfort during your stay.

Facilities in the cottage include two beds (90x190) treated with anti-mite protection. High-quality sheets, handwoven by a master weaver from Alsace, are provided. The bathroom features a bath-shower combo and a sink, complete with a hair dryer. The kitchen is equipped with brand appliances, a fridge, an induction cooker, a hood, a microwave, an oven, a coffeemaker, a kettle, and coordinated crockery. Other amenities include an iron, a vacuum cleaner, a smoke detector, a coffee table, a dining table for four people, a TV, and a mini sound system with a USB socket for your iPod. The cottage is tastefully decorated with attention to detail. Linen, coffee, and cleaning products are provided, and a foldable baby bed is available.

During the Christmas markets from November 23rd to December 31st, as well as in July and August, the weekly rate is 490 euros, including expenses and sheets. Parking is also included. In the months of January, February, October, and November (until the beginning of the Christmas markets), the weekly rate is 350 euros, including charges, sheets, and parking. A two-night weekend stay during these months is priced at 170 euros. In the months of March, April, May, June, and September, the weekly rate is 420 euros, including sheets and parking. A two-night weekend stay during these months is priced at 190 euros. Nightly rentals are available for 70 euros, excluding June, July, August, September, and December. The price of parking is already included in the rates.

Additionally, the host, Anne, offers a second cottage located just 50 meters away, which spans 95 m² and features three bedrooms. It is possible to rent both cottages for a total capacity of 10 people.
