Located on the Lannion-Guingamp axis, just 30 km from Perros-Guirec, this spacious cottage is the perfect rental for your next getaway. With its 5 rooms and mezzanine featuring a sofa bed, the cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people and 3 young children (with specially adapted beds for children up to 5 years old).

Attached to a renovated convent, the cottage offers complete independence while being conveniently situated in the village center with nearby shops. Set on a tranquil 2500 m2 garden, it provides a peaceful and comfortable retreat. The cottage is well-equipped with modern appliances and boasts a spacious layout. It has been recognized as a great 3-star lodging by the Prefecture.

The location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area, with the highway just 1 km away leading to Lannion (22 km), the beautiful beaches of Perros-Guirec (25 km), Guingamp (13 km), Bégard (4 km) with its water park, and the charming small town of character.

The weekly prices, in euros, are as follows:
- July / August: 990
- May / June / September: 790
- The rest of the year: 690

The official capacity of the house is 10 people (beds), but with the sofa bed, it can accommodate up to 12 people. Beyond 12 people, there is the possibility of 3 additional beds on mattresses on the floor, available free of charge. However, guests using these mattresses will need to bring their own sheets or sleeping bags, as well as towels. Please note that the capacity cannot exceed 15 people.

For groups of 12 to 15 people, there is an additional charge of 8 euros per person per day, to be added to the weekly price. A reservation deposit of 30% of the stay is required. Additionally, there is a local tax of 0.50 euros per person (aged 13 and above) per day, applicable from 1st to 30th September.

The prices include both bed linen and bathroom linen, ensuring a comfortable stay. Outside of school holidays, the host is delighted to welcome guests for weekend or short stays. A weekend stay of 2 nights is priced at 410 euros for 12 people, with an extra night costing 175 euros.

To get to Pédernec, travel 12 km from Guingamp in the direction of Lannion. The cottage is conveniently situated in the town center.
