Description:

Description for B&B:

LÉphémère is a charming small house situated in a tranquil area of Limoges, just east of the city center. It is conveniently located near the La Borie university park, the International Office for Water, the Aurence landscaped park, and the municipal rose garden. The city center is only a 10-minute walk away, and it is easily accessible from the main roads. Additionally, the Bernardaud porcelain factory is very close by.

This independent guest house overlooks a lovely garden where guests can enjoy their breakfast in good weather. Parking is readily available on the quiet street, and public transportation, specifically Line 8, passes right by for easy access.

The guest house itself is a separate 35m² house exclusively for the tenants during their stay. It consists of a living room, a kitchenette, a shower room, and a bedroom with a comfortable double bed. The house is beautifully decorated and provides various amenities such as an oven, dishes, TV, hairdryer, and free wifi.

As the owner and a guide-lecturer, I am delighted to welcome you to lÉphémère throughout the year. I would be happy to introduce you to Limoges and the surrounding region, offering recommendations and suggestions based on your interests and needs.

Limousin is a region rich in tourism and cultural offerings. You can enjoy hiking in the Natural Parks, discover traditional crafts like enamel, porcelain, and tapestry, and explore the historic heritage of the area. I will provide you with all the necessary information to ensure a pleasant and memorable stay.

In addition to holidaymakers, lÉphémère is also ideal for hosting visiting professionals such as trainees, sales representatives, and consultants. The guest house offers a peaceful environment, equipped with free wifi, allowing guests to work and cook their own meals. Unlike a hotel room, lÉphémère provides a more personal and convivial atmosphere, allowing you to truly relax.

Please note that check-in is between 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., and check-out is before 11:00 a.m.
