Welcome to our newly equipped gite! Here are the features you can enjoy during your stay:

- A spacious dining room-kitchen with a large screen TV, and the possibility of Wifi. We provide a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, and a wide range of kitchen utensils.

- A modern bathroom with a shower cabin and a sink cabinet.

- Just a 7-minute drive from the gite, you can find the beautiful 3 LAIVES lakes. They offer opportunities for swimming at the leisure center and fishing.

- If you're interested in history and culture, the Hospices de BEAUNE is a must-visit, located only 35 minutes away from the gite.

The gite itself features two bedrooms with comfortable bedding, including one 140 cm bed and three 90 cm beds. There are also two separate toilets for your convenience.

Outside, you can relax in the garden with our provided garden furniture and barbecue. We also offer the option to borrow mountain bikes for exciting excursions in the nearby forest.
