Welcome to Le Spartiate, a charming cottage located in Bruille Saint Amand, set on a beautiful one-hectare area. Upon arrival, you will find a convenient car park that greets you.

Step inside the cottage and be greeted by a spacious living room, featuring a stunning kitchen equipped with a grand piano and a wood stove, which also serves as a heating source during the winter months. Adjacent to the kitchen is a delightful dining room, furnished with two large wooden tables and benches, perfect for hosting seminars or private events. Additionally, there is a cozy lounge area where you can unwind and admire the picturesque surroundings.

Connected to this main area is a meeting room, ideal for accommodating up to 16 people. This versatile space can also be utilized for larger private events, provided there are at least 20 guests and no more than 45 individuals in the cottage for weddings, for instance.

On the other side of the house, you will discover four well-appointed rooms, each comfortably accommodating four people with four single beds, complete with high-quality mattresses. Each room is equipped with its own bathroom, and the cottage also features four toilets for added convenience. Outside, a spacious terrace awaits, offering the perfect spot to bask in the sun while enjoying the garden furniture.

The cottage provides crockery for up to 20 people, ensuring you have everything you need for your gatherings. Please note that the rental of the meeting room is an additional cost of 190, applicable for groups larger than 20 and up to 45 people.

To make your stay hassle-free, a final cleaning service is available for a fee starting at 75.

Conveniently, there are various shops in the nearby village, including a bakery, butcher, newsagent, tobacco shop, and pharmacy.

Start by heading towards Valenciennes.

Take Exit No. 4 for Saint-Amand Thermal. If the exit is closed, take Exit No. 6, pass under the highway, and take the exit for Saint Amand waters.

After exiting at No. 4, turn left. At the fork, take the right turn and continue until you pass a railway and reach a stop.

Turn right.

At the roundabout, take the third road towards Condé sur Escaut.

You will drive along a road called "roundabouts".

Pass by Leclerc and The Pasino.

Continue through several roundabouts.

At the large roundabout, take the first exit towards Condé Sur Escaut, Bruille Saint Amand on your right.

If you see the water bottle roundabout of Saint-Amand, you have gone too far. Make a U-turn and turn left.

Continue towards Condé sur Escaut.

After approximately 4 km, you will reach Bruille Saint Amand.

From the sign for Saint Amand Bruille, take the second right. There will be a sign for The Spartiate (a road that bends in front of the town hall).

You will then reach Odomez.

From this point, take the second right at a small square. If you enter the forest, you have gone too far.

You have arrived on the street.

Continue almost to the end, and the Spartan cottage will be visible below on your right.
