On the ground floor, there is a spacious bedroom with three beds (one king-sized bed measuring 180x200 and one single bed measuring 90x190), as well as comfortable armchairs and a corner-office area. The bathroom on this floor features an Italian shower, sink, and toilet.

Moving up to the first floor, there is a family suite consisting of two interconnected rooms. The master bedroom offers a queen-sized bed measuring 160x200, while the adjacent room has two beds measuring 120x190 and one single bed measuring 90x190. The shared bathroom is accessible from the master bedroom and includes a large shower, sink, and toilet. Additionally, the adjacent room has its own sink.

To start your day off right, you can enjoy a peaceful breakfast between 8:00 and 10:00 in the common room called "Le Petit Salon." The breakfast spread is abundant and includes freshly baked country bread, homemade jams, cheese or sausage, dairy products, fresh fruit, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. The property is situated in the village of Le Bastit, with the church as a reference point. The Brive-Souillac airport is approximately 40 minutes away, and it is only 9 km from Gramat.
