Welcome to our peaceful property, located just 1.5kms away from La Forêt-Fouesnant bay. Situated between Concarneau and Bénodet, our property is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped 6000m2 garden. Your stay with us will be in a modern and comfortable ground floor bedroom, with direct access to the garden and a private patio. Your room is fully independent and equipped with a TV, internet connection, fridge, kettle, and garden furniture. The bathroom features a modern shower, double-washbasins, and toilets. To enhance your experience, we provide a delicious and plentiful breakfast, included in the price of your stay. Our breakfast menu includes Breton pancakes, fresh bread, homemade cakes, yoghurts, and more. La Forêt-Fouesnant is the perfect base for exploring the beautiful south-Finistère region. Visit the old fortified town of Concarneau, the art and history city of Quimper, the famous artists' village of Pont-Aven, and the charming village of Locronan, among others. The beaches are just 3km away, with a golf course and tennis court only 1km away. This gîte is a beautifully converted farm building that consists of four self-catering cottages. It is conveniently attached to another gîte and a laundry facility.On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living room with a kitchen area and a separate toilet. The first floor comprises of bedroom 1, which has a comfortable double bed, and bedroom 2, which features two single beds. There is also a bathroom on this floor.
The gîte is equipped with essential amenities such as heating, a TV, a microwave oven, and a dishwasher. Additionally, there is a shared coin-operated washing machine and dryer available in the laundry facility. You can also enjoy the outdoor space with the provided garden furniture.
The property boasts beautifully landscaped gardens, a charming courtyard, and a play area. Guests can enjoy various recreational activities including table tennis, table football, basketball, badminton, and more.
For your convenience, bedsheets can be hired and babysitting facilities are available.
