Welcome to our charming cottage located just 200m from the breathtaking Gulf of Morbihan in Séné, Brittany, France. We offer vacation rentals by the week, so make sure to reserve your spot in advance. Our furnished flat can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, and we provide free Wi-Fi for your convenience.Here are four advantages of choosing our cottage:
1. Immerse yourself in the beauty of the Gulf of Morbihan, home to 45 islands and classified as one of the "World Bays More".
2. Our location is perfect for hikers, as we are situated on the renowned GR.34 trail in Brittany. We also offer parking for hikers.
3. Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside on the stunning Peninsula Port Anna in Séné, while still being within reach of the vibrant city of Vannes.
4. Explore the outskirts of Vannes, a medieval city, and visit the famous dolmens in Carnac. Our cottage is conveniently located between the peninsulas of Quiberon and Port Navalo, near Port-Crouesty. You'll also have a stunning view of the islands Belle Isle, Houat, and Hedic.
Our lodging consists of a spacious 70m² apartment on the second floor of Villa Douar Nevez. The apartment includes an entrance and a terrace of 17m² on the ground floor. The area is peaceful, and we provide a closed garden and parking space of 400m² for your convenience. You'll have access to shared amenities such as a barbecue, spa, and garden furniture. All necessary shops can be found in Séné.
Séné offers various activities and attractions for your enjoyment. Explore the small fishing port, try your hand at sea fishing, relax on the beaches, or visit the bird sanctuary. You can also engage in swimming, boating, angling, tennis, horseback riding, water sports, and even oyster tasting. The area is perfect for hiking, biking, and sea kayaking.
Our rates per week are as follows:
- Gite 50m² for 2 people: 318 to 480 euros.
- Gite 70m² for 4 people: 393 to 567 euros.
From September to June, take advantage of our discounted prices during the medium and low seasons.

Directions
To reach your destination, start from VANNES and head towards SENE. Avoid the center of SENE by following the signs for Port-Anna. When you reach the "Morboul" crossroad, take the second road leading to "Gorneveze". Look for the number 38, where you will see a sign indicating "Morbihan Gîtes".
