Description for B&B:

The southwest of France is not your typical holiday destination, it's even better - it's a hidden gem! Located just 1 ½ hours away from the Mediterranean and Pyrenees, this region is known for its vibrant atmosphere, delicious cuisine, rich history, technological advancements, and its unique way of life known as "art de vivre".

Toulouse, in particular, is a city that embodies all of these qualities. It is the fastest growing city in France and the second most important university city after Paris. In the past, it was even considered France's cultural capital during the middle ages when Paris was less impressive. The stunning buildings and towns from the 12th century cultural boom still stand as a testament to its historical significance.

Today, Toulouse and its surrounding region are known for their remarkable agricultural and technological achievements. So, if you want to experience what France truly has to offer beyond the Eiffel Tower, red wine, and St. Tropez, come explore the Southwest!

Our B&B, "La Maison Lutz," is conveniently located in the heart of the region, surrounded by the important cities of Toulouse, Montauban, and Albi. To the north, you can enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, and motorbiking in the lush foothills of the Tarn River. Discover charming villages, wine-growing regions, and be amazed by the breathtaking sunflower fields in July. Just a short distance away, you'll find two renowned vineyards - "Fronton" and "Gaillac."

To the south, the Tarn River is only 1 km away, offering opportunities for scenic walks along the riverbank, fishing, swimming, and canoeing. On our premises, we provide everything you could possibly need and more at our 4-star B&B. Enjoy spacious, comfortable, and uniquely designed rooms, a swimming pool, spa, sauna, fitness facilities, and even a tandem bike that we can lend you. And of course, start your day with a delicious homemade breakfast.

We are dedicated to ensuring your holiday is unforgettable, and we are here to assist you in discovering the beauty of our region.
