Upstairs, there are several well-appointed bedrooms. Bedroom number 2 accommodates three beds, including one 160-sized bed and two 90-sized beds. Bedroom number 3 offers two beds, comprising one 160-sized bed and one 90-sized bed. Bedroom number 4 features two beds, consisting of one 160-sized bed and one 80-sized bed. Bedroom number 5 provides three beds, including one 140-sized bed and two 90-sized beds. Lastly, bedroom number 6 houses a cozy 140-sized bed. The house is constructed using environmentally friendly and natural materials such as brick, lime, hemp, untreated wood, and non-toxic paints. It is also equipped with sustainable features including photovoltaic panels, solar water heater, geothermal system, and wastewater treatment plants. Guests have the opportunity to indulge in the freshest fruits and vegetables from the organic garden.

This accommodation can comfortably accommodate 4-6 people and comprises a cozy living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Additionally, there is a spacious covered area of 40 m2 with outdoor furniture, as well as recreational activities such as ping pong and darts. The large garden and orchard offer a peaceful retreat with amenities such as a hammock, barbecue, swings, climbing frame, and bicycles.

Situated amidst the picturesque countryside, this haven provides easy access to hiking trails, the renowned "most beautiful river in France," and the Nantes-Brest canal.
