This splendid detached cottage is perfectly situated near the beach, making it an ideal choice for a seaside holiday. With a floor area of 126 m², it offers plenty of space for up to 6 guests across its 3 bedrooms. The cottage features a spacious open plan split-level living room with a fitted kitchen, dining area, and lounge area complete with a wood burning stove and TV. The bedrooms consist of adults bunk beds, a double bed, and another double bed on a mezzanine level. Additionally, there is a child bed with sides suitable for children up to 3 years old. Stair gates, a high chair, and a playpen are provided for families with young children. The cottage also includes a bath/shower room with a toilet, as well as a utility room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Guests can enjoy the enclosed garden and terrace, complete with garden furniture and a BBQ. The cottage offers both wood-fired and electric central heating for comfort.

Located in Finistère, known as "The End of the Earth" before the discovery of the New World, this coastal region boasts 600 kilometers of coastline with sandy bays, picturesque harbors, dramatic cliffs, islands, and estuaries.
