This beautifully restored stone farmhouse features a stunning swimming pool and is surrounded by 4 acres of breathtaking gardens, offering incredible views of the countryside. Located just 6 kilometers from Caylus, Pérard provides a peaceful rural setting with two bedrooms, each equipped with an en-suite bathroom. The double room includes a luxurious bathtub, while the triple room features a convenient shower cubicle. The comfortable beds are adorned with 100% linen sheets, and bath towels and complimentary toiletries are provided. A full continental breakfast is included, and guests have access to the swimming pool. Swimming pool towels are available upon request. Unfortunately, dogs are not accepted. Dinner is available by reservation only, with a 24-hour notice required.Description for Gite
Welcome to our charming rustic gîtes, featuring an open-plan layout and equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Each gîte comes with a gas cooker, fridge, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, TV, radio, DVD player, and iron. We provide linen and towels, excluding pool towels.Our minimum stay requirement is 3 nights, and we are happy to welcome your furry friends as we are dog-friendly. Please note that there is a local tax of 0.50 € per adult per night. Additionally, a cleaning charge of 50 Euros is applicable per stay.
For smaller bookings of less than 3 people, we offer a generous 20% discount.

magnifique petit coin tranquille , intérieur maison et chambres rafinés avec un accueil très cordial de la propriétaire et petit déjeuner très complet, bref un petit coin de paradis
Directions
If you're coming from Caussade, you'll reach a roundabout two kilometers before Caylus. At the roundabout, take a left turn towards Puylaroque / Mouillac / Lassalle (D20). Continue on D20 for approximately 1 kilometer. Then, make a left turn towards St Symphorien / Lassalle and follow this road for around 4 kilometers. As you ascend, you'll notice a small PERARD sign on your left, indicating the village of Lassalle.
