Description for Gite
Gite 1: This charming farmhouse is located near the farm and does not have any floors. It features three cozy bedrooms, including one with a double bed and a crib, another with two double beds, and a children's room with a bunk bed. All bedrooms are equipped with comfortable duvets and pillows. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink.The house is well-equipped with a wood stove, a washing machine, a TV, a DVD player, a radio/CD player, and a microwave/oven. You will also have access to a spacious private garden, which is mostly enclosed and includes garden furniture and a barbecue. Additionally, the house is conveniently located just 50 meters away from the pool.
Gite 2: This lovely cottage is connected to the barn and features two floors. Upon entering, you will find a cozy living room on the left and a well-equipped kitchen on the right. The living space is divided by a staircase that leads to the upper floor. The cottage boasts two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and a crib, and the other with a bunk bed. Both bedrooms are supplied with cozy duvets and pillows.
The upper floor also includes a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. The cottage is well-equipped with a wood stove, a washing machine, a TV, a DVD player, a radio/CD player, and a microwave/oven. Outside, you will have access to a spacious private garden, which is mostly enclosed and features garden furniture and a barbecue. Additionally, the cottage is conveniently located just 100 meters away from the pool.

To reach our destination at La Charvière, follow these travel directions:
1. Take the A71 highway (Orléans - Clermont-Ferrand).
2. Exit the highway at exit 11 (Montmarault).
3. At the roundabout, turn right towards Montmarault.
4. At the next roundabout, take the right turn and then the first right.
5. Continue on the D68 towards Sazeret and exhaust for approximately 5 km. You will pass the small town of Sazeret along the way.
6. After a big turn, make a final right turn onto a smaller road that leads to La Charvière.
7. Our location can be found at the GPS coordinates: 46°22'01.09"N 2°57'09.26"E.
