Florence and Eric warmly welcome you to their beautiful property in Lot and Garonne, near the charming town and the castle of Bonaguil. The property is made of stunning white stone and boasts a superb 25 m2 studio, perfect for 2 people, equipped with all the necessary comforts. Inside, you will find a comfortable 160x200 bed, a kitchenette with a fridge-freezer, induction stove, mini oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dining area, lounge area, TV, internet, CD radio, and a bathroom with a shower and WC.

Additionally, you will have access to a 6m by 11m swimming pool. The property also offers a summer kitchen with a dining area and barbecue, as well as various recreational activities such as football and bocce. The 2.3-hectare park includes a fleet of pygmy goats and an orchard for fresh fruit. There is ample parking, including a carport for motorcycles, and a beautiful garden to explore. Pets are welcome, subject to certain conditions that can be discussed during the booking process.

Linen, towels, pool towels, and bed linen are provided and included in the rental price. For your convenience, a cot with a high chair, a washing machine, dryer, ironing board with an iron, and any other necessary amenities are available upon request.

Meals and breakfast can be arranged with the hosts upon request.

Weekend rates are as follows:
- 1 night: 60 euros
- 2 nights: 110 euros
- 3 nights: 160 euros
- Other rates: 360 euros

Rates for different seasons are as follows:
- Very high season: 340 euros
- High season: 280 euros
- Season: 250 euros
- Low season: 300 euros

There is a 30 euro caution fee for pets. Additionally, there is a supplement for heating during the winter months (November 01 to March 01).

On-site, you can enjoy the swimming pool, table football, and boules. In the nearby town of Fumel, there is a communal pool, shops, restaurants, a toy library, a library, horse riding, rowing, canoeing, and more. Within a 30-kilometer radius, you can explore castles, golf courses, rope sports, playgrounds, vineyards, markets, and museums.
