We are delighted to offer you our spacious apartment (74m²) that can accommodate up to 6 people. With its authentic and tasteful decoration, you will experience a warm and inviting atmosphere during your stay. Our friendly team will ensure that you feel right at home.In addition to your comfortable accommodation, you will have the unique opportunity to experience life on a farm. Immerse yourself in the daily activities and routines, and get a taste of the countryside during your stay.
The apartment features two separate bedrooms for your convenience. The first bedroom boasts a comfortable 160-bed, while the second bedroom offers a 160-bed and two 90-beds. Rest easy knowing that duvets and covers are provided, and your beds will be made upon your arrival.
For your convenience, the apartment also includes a separate toilet and a spacious walk-in shower with a hairdryer available.
The fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal, complete with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and a vacuum cleaner. You will have everything you need to prepare your own meals and enjoy a comfortable stay.
Parking is available on-site, along with a private courtyard for your convenience. Additionally, there is a designated ski area and a well-maintained lawn for children to play and enjoy themselves.

Directions
Take Exit A41 towards A40 NORD. Take the ANNECY ANNECY ELOïSE exit. Follow the signs for Thônes and Aravis resorts (D909). At the roundabout in Thônes, head towards La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand. After 1 km, cross the raised bridge and then turn left across from the Renault garage.
