Located in the heart of the Minimes district in Toulouse, this charming and recently renovated T1 apartment offers a cozy and comfortable stay. Formerly known as the district of gardeners, this area is full of history and character. The apartment features a lovely terrace where you can enjoy your meals or have a barbecue.Inside, you will find a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, allowing you to prepare your own meals. The living area includes a 160x200 divan bed for one person, a flat screen TV, and free WIFI.
To make your stay even more convenient, we provide all the basic ingredients for breakfast, such as coffee, tea, chocolate, milk, butter, and jam. Additionally, bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.
In terms of transportation, the apartment is conveniently located near the Claude Nougaro metro station (400m) on line B, as well as a bus stop (30m) that can take you to various destinations. If you are arriving at Blagnac airport, there is a shuttle service that can bring you to the city center, either to Matabiau station (1km from the apartment) or to the Compans Cafarelli metro station, which is only two stops away.
For your convenience, there are plenty of shops available on Avenue des Minimes, ensuring that you have everything you need within reach.
The rental rate for this wonderful apartment is 68 euros per night or 420 euros per week for two people (7 nights). If you are bringing a third person, there is an additional charge of 15 euros per day.

Charming T1 apartment located in the heart of Minimes, a charming neighborhood in Toulouse. Situated on a quiet street lined with detached houses, this cozy apartment offers a peaceful retreat. The city center is conveniently close, and the Juniors district is known for its variety of shops. The "Minime Claude Nougaro" subway station is just 350m away, providing easy access to the vibrant heart of Toulouse in just 8 minutes.Recently renovated, the apartment features an open-plan kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all the necessary utensils for preparing meals. There is a separate bedroom with a comfortable 160x200 bed, as well as a single sofa bed in the living area. Other amenities include a flat-screen TV, WiFi, iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer.
We offer a reserved parking space in front of the house, and guests are welcome to enjoy the garden and terrace, complete with a BBQ. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay.
We provide guides to explore Toulouse, as well as a selection of restaurants offering various cuisines, including gastronomic, regional specialties, vegetarian options, and seafood.
Transportation options are convenient, with the "Juniors Claude Nougaro" subway station just 350m away, a bus stop only 30m away, and the Capitol Square reachable on foot in 20 minutes. Central yet tranquil
We wanted to explore the Canal du Midi, the Canal Lateral and the city of Toulouse, and this house is perfect for that. So central to everything, yet in the garden it's like being in the country. We spent six wonderful days with Joelle and Hubert.

Petit appartement très calme qui offre tout le confort qu'il faut pour passer un excellent séjour à Toulouse. Parfait comme lieu étape pour faire un tour de vélo au Canal du Midi.

Séjour sur Toulouse de 2 jours, appartement très agréable avec toutes les commodités, dans une belle propriété ou nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse pour des petits apéros...après de belles visites de la ville "rose". Propriétaires très charmants et de bons conseils.

Accueil très chaleureux.En outre on sent la recherche du détail pour le bien-être des hôtes. Rien ne manque.Quartier calme et bien situé tout proche du métro.Nous reviendrons et recommandons ce "nid douiilet"très agréable.

Magnifique ! un petit appartement ou rien ne manque et la propreté est au rendez-vous. On se sent immédiatement comme chez soi et la possibilité de pouvoir profiter de la terrasse et du joli jardin, ne fait que confirmer ce sentiment. Nous sommes accueilli avec bienveillance et chaleur, les propriétaires sont disponibles pour vous rendre un agréable séjour. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir.
