With their external independent access, these bright and cozy rooms feature a double bed (160x200) and a private bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. One of the rooms is conveniently located on the ground floor, while another offers the flexibility of a split bed (180x200) that can be transformed into two singles (90x200).

Surrounded by a sprawling one-hectare park, our property boasts several outdoor dining areas with barbecue facilities, a wooden terrace with a table and garden furniture, and a designated parking space. As an added bonus, a charming chalet with a fully equipped kitchen (including a sink, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and fridge-freezer) is at your disposal.

Just 600 meters away, you will find the magnificent sandy beach of Anse du Croc, adorned with picturesque dunes and offering breathtaking views of Cape Fréhel, its lighthouse, and Vauban tower.

Our prime location, nestled between Cap Fréhel and Cap d'Erquy, grants easy access to the awe-inspiring coastal landscapes along the customs trail. From your room, a short 10-minute walk will lead you to the sea and the GR34 hiking trail.

Moreover, our house is situated at the foot of the popular cycling route and greenway No. 4 in Brittany.
