Additional amenities such as an iron and ironing board, dryer, broom, and vacuum cleaner are also provided. Bed linen is included, and towels can be rented for an additional fee. The cottage boasts a wooden terrace, a lawn, and private parking, ensuring a completely independent stay. Situated in Lecelles, in the peaceful countryside, it is conveniently close to local shops, producers, and the thermal baths of Saint Amand Les Eaux (7 minutes). It is also within easy reach of Valenciennes (20 minutes), Lille (40 minutes), the Belgian border (500m), Tournai (20 minutes), and various entertainment options such as Pasino de Saint Amand, cinema, bowling, swimming pool, and restaurants. The location is perfect for exploring the surrounding area on foot or by bike. Please note that this cottage is strictly non-smoking, and pets are not allowed. Prices start at 350 per week, with discounts for longer stays: 600 for 2 weeks, 750 for 3 weeks, and 900 per month. A mandatory cleaning fee of 30 applies. No tourist tax will be charged.
