Moving up to the first floor, you will find a large common room spanning 80m2, which includes a dining area and a comfortable lounge space complete with a TV, DVD player, cassette player, and a library. The centerpiece of this room is a cozy fireplace, perfect for gathering around. The kitchen is also located on this floor and is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and other necessary appliances.

There are a total of 4 bedrooms on this floor, 2 of which have en-suite bathrooms specially designed for disabled guests. On the second floor, there are 3 more bedrooms, 2 of which have en-suite bathrooms, while the remaining one has a separate shower room.
