There are two spacious rooms available, each measuring 30m2. Each room consists of a cozy lounge area with either a single bed or a sofa, a comfortable and separate bathroom, a separate toilet, and a mezzanine level for sleeping. The rooms are equipped with modern amenities such as air conditioning, heating, wireless internet, and TV (available upon request). Additionally, there is a lovely terrace and a swimming pool for guests to enjoy.

There is also a larger room available, measuring 45m2. This room features a charming sitting area with a fireplace and sleeping accommodations for one or two people. It also includes a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and an old-fashioned basin. The room has a separate and comfortable toilet, as well as a mezzanine level with a 160-sized bed and a corner for a baby or child. Similar to the other rooms, it is equipped with air conditioning, heating, wireless internet, and TV (available upon request). Guests can also take advantage of the pool and terrace area.

Directions

To reach the village of La Magdalena in Tarn (31340), situated between Toulouse, Albi, and Montauban, head towards the center of the village. Once you arrive, look for the loft, and at its base, you will find the path leading to Briac's farm. The way is marked by fingers pointing towards it, and you will also notice a sign at the entrance indicating "Rooms B&B."
