This furnished apartment is located on the first floor of a villa with a southwest exposure. It features one terrace and private parking space. Bed sheets and towels are provided for your convenience. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment.

The apartment consists of two rooms, each equipped with a double bed. One room faces east while the other faces southwest. The bathroom between the two rooms is equipped with a bath, a sink, and a washing machine. There is also a separate toilet.

The kitchen is functional and includes a refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, a 4-ring hob, and a dishwasher. The dining room-living room faces south and offers a stunning view of the sea through the nearby pine forest. It is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a TV.

Outside, there is a terrace located in the garden. It faces southwest, providing breathtaking views of the Gulf through the surrounding pine forest.

This apartment is fully equipped with a washing machine, as well as all the necessary dishes and utensils for everyday life.
