Our small house, located on a 3-hectare land near a tranquil forest, has been beautifully decorated and recently renovated using eco-friendly materials. Opening in July 2018, this private accommodation offers two bedrooms, a spacious living room with a kitchen and bar area, as well as a separate bathroom and toilet exclusively for your use - no sharing with other guests.Situated 30 meters away from the owners' residence, our house provides a peaceful and serene environment, far from any sources of noise or pollution. It is the perfect place to unwind and appreciate the beauty of the surrounding nature. You can take leisurely walks, go biking, or even enjoy horseback riding in the nearby area. Additionally, there are several nearby attractions to explore, such as the prehistorical caves of Saulges, the Basilique of Evron, the Roman site of Jublains, and the medieval village of Sainte Suzanne. For equine enthusiasts, there are also various stud farms in close proximity.
If you are traveling by train, we offer complimentary transportation from Evron SNCF train station to our location. Furthermore, the price of your stay includes household textiles and a delicious French breakfast complete with fresh fruit juice.
Our rates are as follows:
- 2 guests: €70 per night
