Welcome to "Smart Living"! This unique apartment offers complete privacy with its own entrance from the charming courtyard garden. Step inside and you'll discover a beautifully preserved 15th-century stone house, showcasing its original stone flag floors and traditional "French-style" ceilings.The kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with an induction cooker, top fridge, microwave oven, and all the necessary crockery and kitchen utensils for your convenience. The spacious 20m2 bedroom features a comfortable double bed and an additional single bed, along with ample storage space.
Relax and refresh in the bathroom, complete with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. We also provide all the necessary house linen to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

Directions
The destination is located 15 kilometers west of Nîmes. To reach it from the A9, take the Gallargues exit and continue on the N113 towards Nîmes. Then, take the D1 road towards Calvisson, right after passing the Bas Rhône canal. Upon reaching the village, follow the signs to the house, which is located two doors past the town hall (mairie). Parking is available on the main square of Calvisson, behind the small supermarket Casino. It is a large, secured, and free parking area, just a five-minute walk away from the house.
