Situated between the ocean, large vineyards, and estuary, it is only 10 minutes away from the beautiful beaches of Montalivet and 5 minutes from Lesparre-Medoc with its shops. The house is surrounded by a pretty village and is set on a 2300 m2 private wooded grounds with a covered outdoor barbecue. It has been fully renovated and redecorated in winter 2016. The house is perfect for those who appreciate quality and have a passion for cooking, as it features a well-equipped kitchen. Linen, towels, and cleaning are included in the rental. The maximum capacity is 8 guests and pets are not allowed. The house is available for rent throughout the year.
