Parking is available within the courtyard for your convenience. Take advantage of the numerous hiking and mountain biking trails in the beautiful surrounding countryside. Immerse yourself in the enchanting flower garden, meticulously crafted by the passionate owners, Anne and Xavier. Afterward, relish the tranquility of the place by sitting on the bench near the serene water feature. Le Clos Xavianne is ideally located on the famous "Paths and Memories of War 14-18" route, near notable attractions such as the Tank Flesquières, Cambrai (a town renowned for its art and history, Juventus Festival, Feudal architecture, and August 15 celebrations), Vaucelles Abbey, Arras, the Matisse Museum in Le Cateau, the Mining Museum of Lewarde, and the Peronne Museum and Battlefields of the Somme. The motorway is easily accessible with the A1 just 20 km away, A2 at 9 km, and A26 at 7 km.

Directions

To travel from Calais to our location, follow these directions: Take the A26 towards Reims and exit at exit 9. From there, turn left onto the D917 towards Peronne. Stay on the D917 until you reach 1500, then turn right onto the D56. Continue on the D56 until you reach Villers Plouich. Once in front of the church, turn left onto the D89 and continue until you reach Ribécourt Tower. At the crossroads after the church, turn left onto the D29 towards Marcoing. Our location will be on the right, approximately 200m ahead.

If you are coming from Lille, head towards Paris on the A1 and then take the A26 towards Reims. Follow the same directions as mentioned above, exiting at exit 9.

From Reims, take the A26 towards Calais and exit at exit 9. Follow the same directions as mentioned above to reach our location.

For those coming from Valenciennes or Brussels, take the A2 towards Paris and exit at exit 14. At the roundabout, take the first exit towards Bapaume (N30). Continue on Fontaine Notre Dame until you reach the last intersection, then turn left onto the D142. Stay on the D142 until you reach Cantaing Scheldt, then turn right onto the D92. Continue on the D92 until you reach Flesquières. At the first crossroads, turn left onto the D89 and continue until you reach Ribécourt Tower. At the crossroads, turn right onto the D29 towards Marcoing. Our location will be on the right, approximately 200m ahead.

If you are traveling from Paris, take the A1 towards Lille and then the A2 towards Brussels. Exit at exit 14 and follow the same directions as mentioned above to reach our location.
