From its windows, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the front, overlooking the serene river and the magnificent 12th Century Abbey Chapel of Sainte Croix. The room also has an en-suite shower room with a WC, offering delightful views of the garden and the inviting swimming pool.

- Les Poutres: This charming bedroom exudes character and showcases a cozy double bed. Additionally, an extra single bed can be provided if needed. The room is adorned with numerous beams and offers a delightful view of the side of the house. Its en-suite shower room with a WC provides views of the front of the house, the picturesque river, and the awe-inspiring 12th Century Abbey Chapel of Sainte Croix.

- La Voliere: As the largest bedroom, La Voliere offers ample space and comfort with its double bed. An additional single bed can also be provided upon request. The room boasts many beams, adding to its unique ambiance. Its en-suite shower room with a WC offers a pleasant view of the river, Ville Haute, and the medieval Chateau.

Excellent souvenir de mon passage à "Sainte-Croix" avec 4 amis randonneurs. Très chaleureux accueil de Nicole & John passionnés de leur village d'adoption (et d'origine pour Nicole) Angles sur Anglin.
Très bonne qualité d'hébergement avec un plus pour la piscine mise à disposition et le charmant petit-déjeuner pris sur la terrasse avant de continuer notre chemin ..

Angles-sur-LAnglin is a village located in Central France. It is situated approximately halfway between La Rochelle on the Atlantic coast (approximately 150 kms inland) and Poitiers (approximately 45 kms to the North-East). Tours is around 100 kms to the North-West. To reach Angles-sur-LAnglin via the A10 Autoroute, take exit 26 at Chatellerault-Nord, which is approximately 30 kms to the west. If you are traveling on the A20 Autoroute, take exit 15, north of Argenton-sur-Creuse, which is roughly 60 kms to the east.

For those arriving by air, Poitiers has an International Airport called Poitiers Biard. Ryanair operates daily direct flights from London Stansted, and there are also daily connections to the Air France regional hub at Lyon, which offers onward worldwide connections via Paris. Tours also has an International Airport called Tours Val de Loire, with daily flights from London Stansted provided by Ryanair.

If you prefer to travel by train, Poitiers is on the main TGV train line between Paris and Bordeaux. There are direct connections from the London Eurostar at Lille, allowing for a seamless journey to Poitiers on a daily basis. The Lille TGV train also stops at Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle Airport, providing convenient onward connections to regional destinations in the UK and other international locations. It is worth noting that Chatellerault railway station is closer to the village than Poitiers, but has fewer stopping trains.

For those driving to Angles-sur-LAnglin, Sainte Croix is situated near the river in the Ville Basse. As you exit the bridge from the village centre, it will be immediately to your right. We are located opposite the Abbey Church of Sainte Croix.
