Welcome to Domaine de Montloubier, a charming 19th century stone farmhouse that has been meticulously maintained. Philippe and Marie-Laurence invite you to experience a memorable holiday or training course at our beautiful estate. Located in the stunning southern Ardèche region, just 15 minutes away from the popular bathing spots of Libie and Ardeche, and 30 minutes from Vallon Pont dArc and Chauvet cave, our farmhouse is surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. Situated on a 5000 m² park with a private parking area, the estate offers tranquility and convenience.

Only 20 km away from the Montélimar TGV station and with a bus stop just 300 m away, our location is easily accessible. Nestled in a sunny valley in a village of 3000 inhabitants, our cottages are just a 4-minute walk from the city center, where you can find all the amenities you need, including shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and medical facilities.

We offer the option to rent both cottages, accommodating a total of 24 people. This is perfect for family gatherings, friends' reunions, or corporate events. You can enjoy meals together in our beautiful 70m² vaulted reception room on the ground floor, which can be booked separately. The room is equipped with tables, sound system, and a video screen, and is conveniently located next to a fully equipped kitchen with 2 refrigerators, 1 dishwasher, 6 tables, and all the necessary dishes for up to 40 people.

If you are looking for a weekend getaway to explore the wonders of Ardèche, we have special weekend packages available. These residential stays take place on specific weekends throughout the year and allow you to discover the must-see attractions of the region, while also providing opportunities for relaxation. On Saturday evenings, we even offer a dance party for your enjoyment.

During your stay, you can explore the local area and visit attractions such as the troglodyte houses at Balmes de Montbrun, charming villages like Voguë, Labeaume, and Antraigues, and renowned sites like the Chauvet cave and the Aven dOrgnac cave. For those interested in fitness activities, Philippe, a sports coach, offers various fitness sessions. We also have a fitness area equipped with weight machines and cardio training equipment, as well as facilities for petanque, ping pong, and volleyball/badminton. If you prefer outdoor activities, you can access hiking trails or rent one of our mountain bikes or VTC bikes.

Both of our cottages, "Panorama" and "Montloubier," can comfortably accommodate groups. Each cottage is fully equipped and features a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. If you prefer catering, we can arrange for a local caterer who sources fresh local produce.

This gite offers a spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to 24 guests. With a total area of 320 m², it comprises of two Mas, one of which is fully independent. The gite boasts 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 8 toilets, 2 dining rooms, 2 TV lounges, 2 kitchens, and a reception room measuring 64 m², capable of seating up to 40 people. The sleeping area is well-equipped with 4 double beds, 1 double bed (measuring 2x90x190 cm), 8 single beds, 2 baby beds, and 4 extra beds.

Directions

To get to our field, start by reaching the SNCF station in Montelimar. It takes approximately 2 hours and 50 minutes from Paris, 1 hour and 45 minutes from Lyon, and only 25 minutes from Valence. From the station, take a 35-minute bus ride to the Villeneuve de Berg center. The bus stop you need is No. 74, and it's just a short walking distance from our field.
