We have a spacious and fully equipped room and studio with a kitchenette that includes hotplates, a refrigerator, a mini oven, a coffee maker, and an electric toaster. Additionally, we provide a picnic table under the trees and a barbecue for your outdoor dining experience.

Our property boasts large relaxation and sport areas, covering an area equivalent to 7 football fields.

You will have direct and private access to the river "La Vézère" for activities like swimming, canoeing, and fishing. We also offer comfortable armchairs and sunbeds for your relaxation by the swimming pool.

For your convenience, we have shaded and private parking with access through a motorized gate.

Located in close proximity to all the historical and pre-historic sites of the Périgord Noir, our rental has been serving individual renters for over 15 years.
