Situated approximately twenty km south of Rennes and a fifteen-minute drive from Saint Jacques de la Landes airport, our location is nestled in a picturesque and verdant landscape. Within close proximity, less than 2 km away, lies the Vilaine river and its scenic route adorned with charming mills, providing an ideal setting for leisurely walks or bike rides. Additionally, nearby attractions include the Lohéac racetrack and its magnificent museum.Our establishment offers a generously-sized guest room with a private entrance. The room is designed as a duplex, with a comfortable 160-sized bed on the ground floor, complete with a TV and Wi-Fi access, adjacent to a separate bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Upstairs, you will find a spacious 40 m2 room furnished with two beds, one at 140 and the other at 90. Within this room, there is also a cozy sitting area and an array of amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and all the necessary provisions for coffee, tea, and herbal infusions. Furthermore, we have thoughtfully provided games and books for children's entertainment, along with informative brochures about the region.
We have two amiable dogs and warmly welcome your furry companions. For your convenience, we are pleased to offer the use of two mountain bikes, one for a man and the other for a woman.

Directions
To reach The Boulay, which is situated 20 km south of Rennes, you can take the Rennes-Redon axis via the D 177. From there, exit in the direction of Bourg des Comptes-Janzé and take the fourth road on your right at the horse riding center. Continue straight for 2.5 km and you will arrive at the destination. Look out for signs at the last crossroads.
Alternatively, you can access The Boulay via the Rennes-Nantes axis N 137. Take the Crevin exit and then turn left onto the D 101. At the first roundabout, take the first right onto the D 48 towards Guichen. Continue straight for approximately 8 km and then turn left towards the Guichen train station. At the train station, turn right towards Guignen on the D 48. After 700 m, take the first right and continue for 800 m until you reach your destination. Look out for signs at the last crossroads.
