Step into the grandeur of La Roseraie, a spacious 1850 Charentais stone farmhouse adorned with exposed oak beams, stone, and wood floors. With 4 bedrooms accommodating up to 12 guests, this recently renovated house exudes elegance and comfort. The bedrooms are generously sized, the bathrooms modern, and the lounges spacious, ensuring a tranquil stay for all.

For recreation, a small billiard table and children's games are available, while a convenient fridge is at your disposal.

Indulge in al fresco dining on the expansive covered patio, complete with an original built-in bread oven. Unwind in the sun or seek shade under the towering walnut and chestnut trees, with garden furniture provided for your relaxation.

Directions

You can find our location details by heading 30 minutes south of Poitiers. Poitiers can be accessed by either the A10 or N10. Once in Poitiers, take the fast and direct N10 road towards Couhé. After approximately 30 minutes, you will come across the Couhé turn off. Take a left at the Intermarché supermarket and follow the signs leading to the village of Romagne. It's worth mentioning that we are conveniently located just 400 meters away from the famous La Vallée des Singes (Valley of the Monkeys) visitor attraction. You will easily spot La Roseraie by following the signs directing you from all around the region. Our house, 'La Roseraie,' is situated in a small hamlet called Chez Sicault, which is only 2km away from the village of Romagne.
