The Promenade of the Poterne is also a great option, offering 100 kilometers of nature trails for hiking, mountain biking, or horseback riding. Depending on availability, we can even provide guidance and accompany you on your excursions.
In terms of transportation, there is a motorway just 13 kilometers away, and the Evron train station is only 6 kilometers away. The cities of Laval and Le Mans are also easily accessible, being approximately 32 and 50 kilometers away respectively. If needed, we can arrange transportation for you at an additional cost.

To reach the destination, take the motorway for 13 kilometers. From there, continue for 6 kilometers until you reach Gare d'Évron. After that, travel for 32 kilometers until you reach Laval, and then proceed for another 50 kilometers until you reach Le Mans. Finally, the house is conveniently located in the village center, close to the bakery.
