Each room in our accommodation has its own unique character. The first room features a chocolate-themed décor with a comfortable bed measuring 140x190 and an additional BZ bed of the same size, allowing up to 4 people to sleep comfortably. The room also includes a walk-in shower, washbasin, and toilet facilities.

The second room, known as the Butterfly room, is designed for 1 to 2 people and offers a cozy bed measuring 140x190. The room also includes a walk-in shower, washbasin, and toilet facilities.

The third room, named the Anise Green room, has a Zen-inspired ambiance and can accommodate 1 to 2 people. It features an Italian-style shower, washbasin, and toilet facilities.

Start your day off right with a delicious breakfast consisting of homemade jams, Sourdough bread, homemade yogurt, and fresh seasonal fruits.

For dinner, our table d'hôtes offers a delightful culinary experience with all dishes prepared in-house, including our homemade ice cream. We source our ingredients from local producers and our organic garden, ensuring the highest quality and freshness.

During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to meet our beloved animals, Lilly and Charly, two friendly donkeys who have a fondness for carrots and hard bread. We also have three cats and two dogs named Choco and Licorice.

Surrounding our location is the picturesque mesquire, which provides access to a nearby greenway. This restored old railway track is perfect for leisurely strolls or bike rides and offers ample shade. From there, you can explore the charming towns of Condom or Lagraulet. If you're looking to cool off, the Gondrin leisure park is just 5 kilometers away and offers a range of activities including giant slides, a wave pool, and a paddling pool. The park also features a shaded area for picnics. Additionally, be sure to visit the nearby Cistercian church of Mouchan (1.2 kilometers), the Abbey of Flaran (13 kilometers), the collegiate church of La Romieu (15 kilometers), and the fortified village of Larressingle (5 kilometers). If you're a fan of music and vibrant atmospheres, don't miss the Latino tempo events in Vic-Fezensac, as well as the lively night markets.

Description for Gite

Located in the heart of nature, this spacious gite (sleeps 5 + 2) offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by lush greenery and stunning views of the beautiful Gersoises hills. Situated next to a restored cellar, the 80m2 gite is spread over two levels and features a private terrace and parking, as well as free access to the expansive 25000m2 garden.

Inside, the gite boasts a fully-equipped kitchen that opens onto a dining area and living room. There is also a comfortable sofa bed for additional guests and two bedrooms - one on the ground floor with a double bed and three single beds on the upper level. The bathroom includes a shower, two basins, storage space, and a washing machine, while the toilet is separate.

The gite comes complete with modern amenities such as a fridge/freezer, extractor hood, induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and crockery. For entertainment, there are also board games available.

The rental price for the gite is 425€ per week in July and August (weeks 30-31-32-33), and 300€ per week starting from week 34. Please note that linen and towels are not provided, and a separate cleaning fee applies upon departure. Weekend stays are also available, excluding the months of July and August.

To secure your reservation, a 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance and a refundable damage deposit of 250€ due on the day of arrival. We accept various payment methods including holiday vouchers, cash, bank transfers, and checks in Euros.

During your stay, you'll have the pleasure of meeting our two friendly donkeys, along with our two dogs and three cats. Unfortunately, we do not allow outside animals on the property.

There are plenty of leisure and activities to enjoy during the summer months. Just 5km away is the Gondrin recreational aquatic park, offering 4500m2 of swimming, four water slides, a wave pool, and a paddling pool. The town of Castéra-Verduzan is also nearby, where you can indulge in thermal baths, visit the casino, explore the racecourse, or relax at the supervised beach and water slide in the recreation area. Other activities in the area include canoeing in Condom and Beaucaire, medieval camps and festivals in Larressingle, hiking trails, and exploring the cultural heritage sites such as Larresingle, Abbey of Flaran, Cathedral of Condom, and many more.

If you're a music enthusiast, don't miss the Latino Tempo festival in Vic-Fezensac, the Jazz Festival in Marciac, or the Country Music Festival in Mirande. For a more relaxed evening, visit the night markets held in July and August, or enjoy the musical nights in Condom throughout July and September.

Directions

To get to your destination, start by heading towards Eauze from Condom. Once you reach Mouchan, continue until you reach the exit. At the exit of Mouchan, cross the bridge of LOsse and turn right onto the first road that leads uphill towards vc hillasse. Drive for approximately 1.2 kilometers, and you will arrive at your destination. Look for the first house on your right with red shutters.
