Our charming cottage is perfect for accommodating up to four people. With a spacious surface area of approximately 50 m2, it is divided into three rooms on the ground floor and a cozy bedroom upstairs. Each room is equipped with electric heating to ensure your comfort throughout your stay.The cottage is completely independent and is situated just 30m away from the main house. Nestled within a beautiful wooded park spanning 1.4 hectares, you will have your own private garden and a lovely terrace complete with garden furniture and a barbecue for outdoor dining.
Convenient amenities include a well-lit asphalt parking area as well as a garage, which can be used to store bicycles or sailing equipment.
The main room of the cottage is a bright and tastefully decorated living space, featuring large windows that allow natural light to fill the room. Here, you will find a color TV, comfortable sofa, and chairs, providing the perfect setting for enjoyable evenings. Additionally, we provide board games, books, and tourist information for your entertainment and convenience.
The cottage also includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as a washing machine, hob, fridge, oven, microwave, extractor hood, coffee machine, and cooker. You will have everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.
The bathroom is furnished with a shower and double sinks, offering plenty of space for your comfort. There is also a separate toilet for added convenience.
Sleeping arrangements in the cottage include a ground floor bedroom with a comfortable 160 X 190 bed and a bedside cabinet. Upstairs, there is another bedroom accessible from the living room, furnished with two beds measuring 90 X 190, bedside tables, and a closet. If needed, we can provide a high chair and cot upon request.

4. Follow the direction towards Marquise and descend the Ferber avenue.
5. Turn left after the Carrefour Market supermarket.
6. At the fire station, turn right and continue on Wierre-Effroy for 4 km.
