Description for B&B:

This 80m² cottage, which can accommodate 3 people, has been awarded a 4-star rating by Atout France, labeled with 3 keys by Clévacances, and recognized by the "Valeurs natural regional park". It is located in a renovated old winemakers house turned farm, originally built in 1829. The renovation has respected the local architecture, seamlessly combining the charm of the old with the comfort of modern amenities. The cottage is attached to our house but has its own independent terrace. Inside, you will find a living room with an alcove containing a bed measuring 110 x 185, a spacious fully equipped kitchen, and a large bedroom with either three beds measuring 90 x 200 or one bed measuring 180 x 200 plus one bed measuring 90 x 200. Upon your arrival, the beds will be made according to your preferences (for 1 or 2 people). The bathroom and toilet are separate and equipped with grab bars and a walk-in shower with a seat. This cottage is also suitable for people with reduced mobility, although assistance may be needed for the toilets.

The cottage is situated on a fully enclosed plot of 40 ares (approximately 0.4 hectares), at the rear of the property. Here, you will find a pétanque court, outdoor furniture, parking, and our heated swimming pool (available during the season, excluding winter). The cottage is located in a typical Lorraine village in the heart of the Lorraine Regional Natural Park, offering a peaceful environment. Its central location, within the triangle formed by the cities of Verdun, Metz, and Nancy, makes it an ideal starting point for exploring the region.

Within a radius of 3 to 5 kilometers, you will find a variety of shops. We are available to assist you throughout your stay and can provide maps and various documents to help you discover the beauty of our region. Our availability can be checked on the calendar provided on this site.

Electric heating of 20KW per day is included, with any excess consumption in winter charged at 0.25 per KW. Sheets and towels are provided upon arrival, excluding swimming pool towels. Baby equipment can be provided upon request. A 30% deposit is required for any reservation. Optional end-of-stay cleaning is available for 50. A deposit of 300 is also required. Only the number of people declared at the time of booking will be allowed in the accommodation and on the premises. It is not possible to privatize the premises, including the swimming pool, for parties or any other reason. We no longer accept bookings from businesses.
