Where are we located?
Our guest house is situated near the town of Montauroux, which is one of the nine charming hilltop villages that make up the Fayence Country. Located in Provence, in the Var region, on the edge of the Maritime Alps, our idyllic location between the sea and mountains offers the perfect opportunity to explore the beautiful landscapes of the Var countryside. Additionally, we are conveniently located near well-known destinations such as Saint Tropez, Nice, Cannes, and Grasse, as well as lesser-known but equally interesting towns like Vence, Saint Maximin, Biot, the Thoronet, and Moustiers.

How to get here?
Our guesthouse is easily accessible by car, as we are located just 10 minutes from Exit 39 on the A8 motorway. If you prefer to travel by train, the TGV stations of St Raphael and Les Arcs are both just 30 minutes away. For those flying in, we are 45 minutes from Nice International Airport or a mere 10 minutes from the Fayence airfield.

The Property
Our property, named "Le Vallon des Oliviers" or Olive Trees Valley, is surrounded by a peaceful environment and is located near Lake Saint Cassien and the Siagne Valley. The property is adorned with olive trees, roses, lavender, and jasmine, creating a serene and picturesque setting.

Rooms
We offer comfortable rooms, each equipped with a separate toilet and well-appointed bathroom. Here is a description of each room:

1. Room "Painting": Inspired by Vincent Van Gogh, this spacious room (19m2) on the upper floor offers a relaxing ambiance. It features a high-quality double bed (160x200), luxurious linen from Descamp boutique, and satellite TV. The room also has a private terrace (15 square meters) facing south/south-east for you to enjoy the sunshine in peace. As a welcome gift, you will receive a special gift from the famous perfume creator Fragonard.

2. Room "Photography": Decorated with photographs by Guy Thouvignon, this bright and sunny room (23 square meters) on the upper floor offers stunning views of the valley. It includes a high-quality double bed (160x200), a convertible sofa bed (180x200) or two single beds (90x180), and satellite TV. The room also features a private terrace (16 square meters) facing south/south-east. As a welcome gift, you will receive a special gift from the famous perfume creator Fragonard.

3. Room "Sculpture": Inspired by famous artists like Picasso, Cocteau, and Giacometti, this charming room (18 square meters) on the ground level showcases crafts from the Fayence area. It is equipped with a high-quality double bed (160x200), luxurious linen from Descamp boutique, and satellite TV. The room has a private terrace (16 square meters) facing south/south-east, overlooking the garden. As a welcome gift, you will receive a special gift from the famous perfume creator Fragonard. This room is also suitable for guests with limited mobility.

4. Room "Arts": This spacious room (19 square meters) on the ground floor is bathed in sunlight and offers a beautiful view of the garden. It features lithographs that invite you to explore the works of famous artists. The room includes a high-quality double bed (160x200), luxurious linen from Descamp boutique, and satellite TV. It has a private terrace (16 square meters) facing south/south-east, overlooking the garden. As a welcome gift, you will receive a special gift from the famous perfume creator Fragonard. This room can be combined with the adjacent "Music" room to form a suite.

Breakfast and Table d'hôtes
We serve breakfast on the terrace or in the shade of oak trees, using local and homemade products. Additionally, we offer table d'hôtes dinners on Tuesdays and Fridays, where you can enjoy regional specialties made with fresh, local ingredients. These meals are an excellent opportunity to meet other guests and engage in pleasant conversations. The price for dinner ranges from 25 to 30 euros, depending on the menu, and includes a three-course meal with wine and coffee. Children receive a half-price discount.

Booking, Rates, and Cancellation Policy
Our rates are per night for one or two people per room and include breakfast. Local tax (0.88 euros per adult per night) is not included. Additional persons are charged 35 euros per day for adults and 17 euros per day for children, including breakfast. Children under 2 years old stay for free, and we can provide a cot and high chair upon request. To make a reservation, you can contact us directly via email or phone. We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking, and the remaining balance is due upon arrival. We accept payment by check, cash, or bank transfer. Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of the cancellation or no-show.

During your stay, please note that pets are not allowed in the guest rooms for hygiene purposes. Smoking is also prohibited inside the house, but smokers are welcome to smoke outside.

Directions

To take a shortcut to our destination, follow these travel directions:

1. Take exit 39 (FAYENCE) from the A8 motorway.
2. Head towards Fayence and continue along Saint Cassien lake.
3. At the first roundabout, follow the sign for Montauroux.
4. Drive through the small village called "la fontaine d'Aragon."
5. Pass by the restaurant "LE CARRE D ANGE" and then make a right turn onto chemin de Narbonne.
6. Continue driving for 500 meters.
7. After passing an old railway bridge, keep driving straight for 800 meters.
8. Look for our sign "le vallon des oliviers" and follow the stone path to the parking area.
9. Welcome! You have arrived at your destination!

(Note: If you are using a GPS system, it may lead you to our house, but it will add a few extra kilometers to your journey.)
