Welcome to this charming 230m2 residence located in the tranquil commune of Réty, in Wioves. Situated in a 1-hectare park exclusively for the use of our holidaymakers, this property offers a secluded and serene atmosphere. The enclosed park, complete with undergrowth and orchard, ensures privacy and creates an ideal setting for relaxation, exploration, and celebrating special events with family or friends.The house itself boasts seven bedrooms, including five single beds, five double beds (160x200), and three baby beds. Additionally, there are three bathrooms, equipped with showers, a bath, washing machine, and dryer. The spacious and bright dining room provides a welcoming space for meals, while the independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, two fridges, a freezer compartment, cooking piano, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo machine, kettle, and toaster. A separate cozy lounge offers entertainment options like a TV, DVD player, and WiFi.
For families with little ones, we provide three baby beds, two high chairs, and one changing mat. The park is equipped with various amenities for both young and old, including a swing, petanque court, volleyball court, and badminton area. The orchard is a delightful treat during the appropriate season, offering plums, mirabelles, apples, and pears.
