Nestled in a beautiful enclosed garden, this cottage is designed to provide comfort and a sunny atmosphere. The terrace, complete with garden furniture, table, armchairs, deckchairs, and a barbecue, is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The ground floor features a cozy lounge/dining room with satellite TV offering French and international channels, with direct access to the terrace. The well-equipped open kitchen includes amenities such as 4 hotplates, an oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker (both regular and Senseo), kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and more. Additionally, there is a comfortable double bedroom (160*200), a bathroom with a hairdryer and towel dryer, and a separate toilet.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with a sea view, each equipped with two single beds (90*190) and a corner toilet. There is also another separate toilet on this floor. Parking is available on the property, and there is a garage with direct access from the kitchen.

Step inside and discover a haven of comfort and contemporary furnishings. The ground floor features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, fully equipped with everything you need. Relax in the lounge area, complete with satellite TV, DVD player, comfortable sofa bed, and armchairs for up to six people. The kitchen boasts a ceramic hob with hood, electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and all necessary dishes and utensils. Additionally, on this level, you will find a master bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and storage space, a separate toilet, and a garage equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and iron.

On the first floor, there is a separate toilet and two bedrooms, both offering stunning sea views. Each bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a wash basin. The illuminated garden parking area can accommodate two cars.

Directions

To reach the house from Rennes, follow the route towards Brest using RN 12. Prior to reaching Brest, continue towards Gouesnou. Once in Gouesnou, head towards Lannilis using D 13. In Lannilis, proceed towards Landeda. Upon reaching the village of Landeda, take the road towards Dunes de St Marguerite. After driving for approximately 1.5 km, turn towards Plage de St Marguerite. The house is located just 130 meters from the beach.
