This charming Charente house (built in 1875) offers a single level gîte that is perfect for a relaxing vacation. The gîte is connected to the owners' residence, ensuring that any assistance or information you may need is readily available. The kitchen and living room are combined into one comfortable space, and the cost of electrical heating is included in the rental charge. The gîte also features a convenient shower room with a toilet, as well as a cozy bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.

Outside, you will find a shared garden where you can enjoy the peaceful surroundings. There is also a private area and terrace exclusively for your use, along with private parking for your convenience. Additionally, the property boasts a fantastic shared swimming pool that is heated from April until October. The gîte provides all the necessary bedding, household linens, and towels, ensuring a comfortable stay. If desired, house cleaning services can be arranged for a small fee of €13 per hour. Should you require a canvas cot or a high chair, simply let us know in advance and we will be happy to provide them.

The rental price covers all charges, so you can relax and enjoy your stay without worrying about any additional expenses. Nature enthusiasts will love the proximity to forest tracks and footpaths, perfect for exploring the scenic surroundings.
