Description:

Description for B&B:

This art deco style villa, designed by architect George Letélié (Prix de Rome) and executed by Pierre Grizet, the city architect of La Rochelle in the 1950s, is rich in history. After a complete renovation in early 2016, we have carefully maintained the building's original features while incorporating a modern and exotic décor with an array of tropical plants. Situated near the heart of the old city, including the Place de Verdun, Vieux Port, and Competition Beach, Villa Verde provides a tranquil escape from the bustling center, with its own peaceful garden. Whether you are a Franco-Brazilian couple or any other guest, we are delighted to welcome you to our guest house. Our goal is to provide you with a serene and welcoming environment where you will feel at home in no time.
