This chalet, built in 2015 on a historic farm from 1795, is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy peace and tranquility. Set in a beautiful green environment, it is only a 3-minute drive from the center of Chamonix. The chalet offers cozy and modern accommodation with a spacious 70 ² floor plan. It opens onto a ground garden that faces the breathtaking Bossons glacier and the majestic Mont Blanc mountain range.

The chalet features exposed timber beams and a mezzanine sleeping area. The interior is beautifully decorated with old wood and refined furnishings. Great attention has been given to soundproofing between rooms to ensure a peaceful stay.

The large fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room and dining area, which face south-west for optimal sunlight. Two large windows provide ample natural light and showcase stunning views of Mont Blanc and the Glacier des Bossons. Another window gives access to a balcony.

The bedrooms also open onto a spacious balcony that overlooks the Brevent mountain and the Mont Blanc mountain range. The master bedroom has a comfortable 160 x 200 bed and French doors that lead to the balcony. It also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. The second bedroom has trundle beds and a patio door opening onto the balcony. The third bedroom is located in a mezzanine area and has two beds (90 x 190), with access via a steep staircase. Please note that this area is not suitable for young children.

There is a beautiful bathroom with a large shower, toilet, and basin made of natural stone. Free internet access is available in the chalet. Smoking is not allowed, and pets are not permitted.

The chalet has a heated storage area on the ground floor for ski equipment. There is ample private parking, and access to the chalet is through an internal staircase.

Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is at 10:00. The chalet also offers the opportunity for hiking or snowshoeing directly from the property. You can immerse yourself in the peacefulness of the surrounding forest and even reach the Bossons glacier in approximately 45 minutes.

Nous étions dans les premiers à loger dans ce chalet typique savoyard. Donc autant dire que tout était neuf , propre . Une très bonne impression en rentrant et cette impression reste tout le long du séjour . Déco magnifique faite avec goût , équipement de qualité , calme , bien situé, loin du tumulte du centre ville, très bien isolé donc nous avions bien chaud. Vue magnifique sur le pic du midi . La propriétaire plus que charmante nous a très bien guidé, reçus, conseillé. Vraiment sans point négatif . On ne retournera pas à Chamonix car trop de problèmes de stationnement mais si c'était le cas nous retournerions ici les yeux fermés .
