During the summer season, it is available for rent from Sunday to Sunday, ensuring maximum comfort for our guests. The highlight of this property is the private pool, exclusively available for your enjoyment.
The accommodation itself boasts a spacious living room, lounge, and kitchen area, measuring a total of 40 square meters. For your entertainment, there is an 82 cm LCD television and a DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with modern amenities including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and electric cooker. The windows are made of PVC double glazing for added insulation, and there is electric heating throughout the property. The bathroom features a bath, separate shower, and toilet, and a hairdryer is provided for your convenience. Additionally, there is a separate toilet on the ground floor.
For those who need to stay connected, free WiFi is available on the terrace of the house. As for the bedding arrangements, there is a comfortable 160x200 cm bed (which can also be split into two 80x200 cm beds), a spacious 180x200 cm bed (which can also be split into two 90x200 cm beds), and three 90x190 cm beds, including one located in a mezzanine area.

Prices are based on up to 7 guests and include bed linen neatly arranged on beds upon arrival. If an additional change of linen is required, the cost is 10 per bed. Each guest will be provided with 1 large towel and 1 small towel, at a cost of 5 per person.
