Description:

Description for B&B:

Experience the charming and unique atmosphere of our family-owned property. We take pride in showcasing the vast building with its extraordinary architecture, including a horseshoe and an adjoining model farm from the late 19th century. Our patio holds historical significance, as it witnessed the meeting between King George V, President Poincaré, Joffre, Foch General, and Sir Douglas Haig during the preparation of the cons-offensive for the Battle of the Somme. This meeting ultimately led to the signing of the sole command of Doullens.

On the first floor of our house, we offer a spacious and fully renovated room of 28m², perfect for 2 or 3 people. The room features an ensuite bathroom with a private shower and separate toilet. Amenities such as comfortable bedding, TV, WiFi, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and a dining area are all provided. We also offer bed linen and towels, as well as an additional bed if needed and a cot upon request (free of charge).

You will have a separate entrance to ensure privacy, and the surroundings are peaceful and offer a beautiful view. Breakfast is included in the price and can be enjoyed on the terrace (weather permitting), in the owners' dining room (only on weekends), or in the room if you prefer.

The nightly rate is 55€ for 1 person, 60€ for 2 people, and 70€ for 3 people. We also offer a 10% discount per night for stays of 3 nights or more. Photos of the room are available upon request.

Please feel free to reach out to us by email for initial inquiries and bookings.

Directions

To reach Beauquesne, follow the D31 towards Raincheval. Once you are out of the village, look for a path on the right, about 1km ahead. You will notice a sign indicating the orchards of Valvion. Take this path and continue until you reach a road. Make a left turn onto the road and enter the courtyard of the large house.

If you are coming from Amiens via the D31, as you reach Puchevillers, continue straight ahead and do not take the direction towards Beauquesne. After leaving the village, travel for approximately 2km and then make a left turn. Another 300m down the road, there will be a sign indicating the orchards of Valvion. The house is located at the end of this road. Proceed to enter the courtyard of the large house.
