To reach the town of Champtoceaux, which is located on the South side of the Loire River between Angers and Nantes, follow these travel directions:
If you are coming from the nearest town, Ancenis, which is 10 kilometres away, you can take either the A11 motorway or the D323 road. Follow the signs for Ancenis, Oudon, Champtoceaux or Nantes, Oudon, Champtoceaux.
If you prefer to travel by train, the main stations with regular train services are Nantes and Ancenis. For local trains, you can use the Oudon station.
If you are arriving by plane, the closest airports are Nantes and Angers.
The village of La Patache is located one kilometre east of Champtoceaux on the D751 road towards Drain, Liré, St-Florent le Vieil, and Ancenis.
When you arrive in Champtoceaux, you can park your car in the village square. However, you are allowed to drive up to the house to unload your luggage.
Additionally, there is a shelter available for bikes.
