This charming cottage, located on the Toulouse / Andorra axis, offers a comfortable and well-equipped accommodation for 2 to 4 people. Situated on the ground floor of a detached house, the 50 m2 apartment features a spacious bedroom with a king-sized bed or two twin beds, a living room with a large bay window and a new sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom with a double sink and a walk-in shower.Guests can enjoy the beautiful garden and terrace, along with amenities such as a barbecue, parking, TV, and wifi. Linens for both the bed and bathroom are provided, and there is also a storage space available for bicycles and skis.
Additional services include a gym (available upon reservation) and wellness massages.
The cottage is ideally located near various outdoor activities, such as hiking trails, a climbing rock, and canoeing on the Ariege River. Guests can also visit the nearby Spa d'Ornolac-Ussat-les-Bains for a relaxing experience.
The rates for the cottage are as follows:
- High season: 450 euros per week
- Rest of the year: 400 euros per week or 140 euros per weekend
- Curistes (non-holiday): 1050 euros for a 3-week stay
- Stays (outside holidays): 140 euros for 2 nights or 200 euros for 3 nights

Très bel endroit pour se ressourcer . Propriétaires très sympathiques et gîte confortable.
Beau, confo et sympathique
J'ai eu le plaisir d'être la première à utiliser ce gîte. Tout est neuf, propre et très joliment décoré. Cuisine bien équipée et lits très confortables.
Les hôtes ont été super agréables et m'ont indiqué plusieurs attraits de la région. Plusieurs activités à faire tout près.

Directions
Take RN 20 heading towards Andorra and proceed past Tarascon on Ariège. Keep following RN 20 for 3 km after passing the Ornolac-Ussat panels baths. Then, make a left turn at the bridge over the Ariege. At the end of the road, turn right onto Street and Thermal Baths. After traveling for 600 m, you will have reached your destination on the left.
