Introducing our charming new cottage, La Petite Vallée, located in the beautiful Black Perigord region. Xabi, Elise, and their children are thrilled to welcome you to their cozy retreat.

Situated just 1.5 km from the village of Rouffignac St Cernin, La Petite Vallée offers an ideal base for exploring the stunning sights of the Périgord region. With its 1,600 inhabitants, Rouffignac St Cernin is conveniently located on the Perigueux-Sarlat axis, making it easy to visit the most captivating attractions in the area. During your stay, we would be delighted to provide recommendations on the best tours to take.

Our cottage is surrounded by 5 acres of tranquil wooded surroundings, offering a peaceful atmosphere with breathtaking views. Despite its serene location, La Petite Vallée is close to all amenities, including a supermarket, ATM, service station, hairdressers, bars, restaurants, post office, and a Sunday market.

The cottage itself is thoughtfully designed and well-equipped. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious kitchen, a comfortable lounge/dining room with an office area (internet access available), and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player. There is also a large bedroom with a 140cm bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms. One bedroom features a 140cm bed, while the other has both a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. With these accommodations, we can comfortably host up to 7 people. Bed linen, towels, shower mats, and kitchen towels are provided for your convenience.

Outside, you can unwind on your terrace by the heated pool or enjoy a delicious meal under the covered porch, where a fantastic WEBER barbecue is at your disposal. If you are traveling with a baby, we are happy to lend you essential equipment such as a high chair, changing mat, cot, high trek stroller, and park.

La Petite Vallée is conveniently located near various attractions. The supermarket, petrol station, doctors, and pharmacy are just 2km away. Les Eyzies, famous for its prehistoric sites, is 16km away, while the Marterie Golf Course is 11km away. Périgueux, Sarlat, Montignac (home of the famous Lascaux caves), and the scenic Dordogne River are all within a short driving distance.
