This newly furnished rental is a cozy space measuring 23m². It is equipped with a kitchenette and is labeled as a "Guest room Reference" by the Vendée Tourist Board. Conveniently located just 5 minutes away from Parc Puy du Fou and close to various shops.Each room in this rental comes with its own bathroom and private toilet, comfortably accommodating 2 to 3 people. Additionally, each room has a separate entrance and parking space.
On weekends, a minimum stay of 2 nights is required (either Thursday/Friday or Saturday/Sunday), with the option to add Wednesday or Monday during periods of cinéscénie. However, no specific days are imposed for the rest of the time.
The price starts from 55 per night for 2 people, depending on the number of nights, room type, and the season. Please note that a tourist tax of 0.44 per night per person applies.
For a lower rate of 50 per night for 2 people, sheets and towels are not provided. Additionally, breakfast is not included. If you have any questions or would like to check availability, please do not hesitate to contact me. Additional photos can be provided upon request.
