Welcome to the House of DoucesEure, located in the enchanting area between Evreux and Pacy-sur-Eure. Experience the House of Happiness, nestled on the edge of a beautiful woodland, where tradition and modernity blend seamlessly amidst orchards. Immerse yourself in the wilderness and be delighted by the close encounters with pheasants, hares, and deer.

Our guest room offers a clean and minimalist style, with a separate bungalow, shower room, and WC. You'll feel embraced by comfort in our cozy cocoon, featuring a 160x200 bed and the gentle atmosphere of Normandy.

Take advantage of our spacious garden, complete with bicycles, swings for children, and indoor/outdoor games for all ages. Relax and unwind with leisurely walks through fields or forests.

The room is located in a brand new house, ensuring all facilities are modern and fresh. Please note that our accommodation is non-smoking and does not allow pets. Parking is available on-site, and we offer WIFI in the room. Additionally, we provide baby equipment upon request, including a cot, highchair, booster seat, changing mat, and bath. If you are traveling with a child, we can arrange a separate sleeping area. For your convenience, a hairdryer and kettle are provided in the room. Linens and towels are also included.
