Description for Gite

Le Manoir du Buisson Perron is a stunning 18th century manor house available for rent. Guests have the opportunity to enjoy the entire property, including the spacious heated swimming pool (available from May to October), beautiful garden, and grounds. The house gets its name from an equestrian event organized by King René d'Anjou in the 15th century, known as "Le Pas du Perron," which took place near his Castle of Launay and the adjacent forest.

The main house features 8 spacious rooms, including 5 bedrooms with attached baths or showers. Throughout the house, guests will find a perfect blend of modern comforts and antique furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area offer ample space for gathering and meals. Additionally, there is a small room dedicated to laundry facilities, complete with a washing machine and dryer.

Situated on a vast garden spanning 2 hectares, adorned with numerous trees, guests can relax by the 12x5 meter swimming pool located on a terrace near the house. The center of Saumur is conveniently located just 5 kilometers away, and there are supermarkets within a short distance of 2 kilometers.

This enchanting manor house is ideally positioned in the heart of the Loire Valley, making it the perfect base for exploring the region's renowned castles and vineyards.
